My signs are: -The work environment is unhealthy which contains toxic boss and coworkers -the company is about to fail because of the bad bosses actions -there is no compromise in ethics -boss not appreciating my improvements and insulting and undervalue me -boss having favouritism and different acts to workers -the work creates to much stress and is full of a lot of responsibilities and sometimes I'm not able to fulfill all those responsibilities as they're a lot -the boss almost beat me twice -the boss talks behind my back to coworkers and shouts at me in front of coworkers and clients -I have pianic attacks and stress from going there,i dread going there -it is affecting me physically and mentally

Has anyone else with government job experice had their Indeed account mysteiously frozen? With the only way to unlock their indeed profile being a picture id. Along with their appeal request. This looks like a PII fishing scam. Targeting people with government work experience. There is no other course of action to unlock my profile. Except to give them a photo id with PII. Without any explenation of why it is blocked in the first place.

Cheezy and too long

I have tech degrees, IT and help desk, etc so I don't want my education/tech experiences on the bottom of my resume. No one ever relates to us tech people who are older. I was told no to an easy job of updating Windows on a network at a hospital because a younger privileged guy had recent experience so I ended up in Amazon which I was not physically qualified to do. I also use my tech skills on a regular basis. I also know that people ask the same tech questions they did 30 years ago. It is a myth that our previous tech degrees or experiences are not relevant. Older tech adults had more hands on when learning hardware/software/network than today. In 2022, I was in a tech support training class for a large well known tech company where they taught people to search for keywords from customer problem descriptions and then to find articles of them to give to the customer. No tech exp or ed required. My previous exp relates to understanding what the problem actually is, even if the customer is only presenting symptoms of it. Nontechnical customers do not know how it works under the hood so it's hard for them to describe what the problem is in the first place. That is why it is important to understand how the software/platform/etc works, not simply to search for keywords in articles. Any discrimination tactic is the new CV thing.

The best part of my work is to look amazed on a daily basis at how some of the most technology clueless individuals, that understand nothingggg, the most ignoranttt idioootsss around, become project managers, and we have to submit to their power points, to their stupid scheduling which means nothing, to their fairy targets and also help them compile on a ppt their own sh1t so thst they can go in front of their boss and show up how great they are doing. To all individuals I do enc9unter on my career PM are the worthless sh1t i just cant stand up
